lyrics
Walk forward unafraid. What can I do? There is an empty house, with furnished rooms full of light. And there I am in a black leather wing-backed chair. I keep thinking I am ready to go. I am ready to see. What’s left of me is of no consequence. What’s left to do is of great importance. I feel that I am never done. So what work may live on and on forever.

I think the concluding song encapsulates what I most enjoy about this album: a defiant hopefulness that stands against the dark, determined to rise again when its knocked down, determined that it will know hope. archival_blob

This whole album is flawless. This is music for walking in the rain and letting your thoughts run. It's not just a collection of songs, but an actual album. yakbone

"This record is in honor of the northern lights, which very few things in the world are more beautiful and awe inspiring than" and we can say the same of Panopticon's work. Even a EP with "leftover" songs carries so much beauty. Thetruebia

Listening to this on shrooms was haunting, which made it into a serious trip! Which was a mistake I was not prepared for. I do have something to say about it though on why I think it such. I have personally experienced several tipi ceremonies. One would stay up through the night, consuming peyote, doing in some sense a molting process and does so by connecting you to the spirit world.
This album does this, but different - I say it transcends that experience, and does it well... On shrooms.
